1. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ─
Once the OC is sent, you cannot cancel your order unless you are willing to pay a 50% cancellation fee.2. LATE PAYMENT FEE ─
P25 per day, maximum is 4 days. Applies to both PAYO and DOP.3. NO RUSH SHIPPING & NO TO IMPATIENT ─
Avoid claiming if you are in a rush or impatient, especially for PCs from SET-HATIAN. Waiting time is 1-3 months while for YZY pcs waiting time is 3 months-1 year.4. NO TO SENSITIVE ─
Please claim at your own risk. I do disclose ON-HAND items with dent/s but for STBO pcs, PAHANAP pcs, SET-HATIAN pcs from kr/cn/yangdo/yzy, some suppliers/sellers do not disclose all the damages. In this situation, no refunds will be given if the supplier/seller did not disclose the damage/s. Also, YZY is prone to scratches and flaws. A refund will only be given if the damage comes from my part (ex. poor packaging). The buyer shall provide a full unboxing video.5. NO VIDEO CONDITION─
I can show the PC's condition during my TikTok live. But for SET-HATIAN PCs, I don't send video condition except for PCs with dent/s.6. NO UNBOXING VID = NO REFUND ─
Please always do an unboxing video so that you have proof in case you encounter a problem with your items.7. ITEMS STORAGE ─
On-hand items with no other pending or in-transit items will be stored for 2 months only. Combined shipping with your STBO items is also possible. Unable to claim the item after 2 months will result in it being automatically up for sale or a free claim.8. SHIP-OUT SCHEDULE ─
My ship-out schedule is every Monday only. If you want your items shipped, you can fill out the shipping form that can be found on my carrd. Also, settle first your packing fee & shipping fee before I ship your items.HAPPY SHOPPING & MINE RESPONSIBLY!~
